SheepDog, they have adjustable pedals and seats that will adjust to just about every comfort level, so if he drove he could find the right combination.

Now that I have had a cup of coffee or two, here are some things I would like to see in any truck. Pull down and out shelves/drawers that when unlocked and released will go up to the closed position and lock securely. Please buffer them so they don't rattle when the truck goes down our wonderful roads. For those of us who cook on the road, the ability to easily remove the top mattress and inset a sorting area where we can make square openings in just the right size to put our crock pots so they don't slide around or get tipped over. This area should be wipe-able and easily cleanable. This too should offer a pop up and pull down small counter area where you could make a sandwich or use a cutting board. It would also have full time plugs so I can plug in my refrigerator and crock pot with a possible freezer as well.

Any area should have a securely closing door that does not rattle. That would mean that it would have to come with adjustable hinges and closures, but for what a truck goes for these days, what is a couple more bucks?

I am currently driving a frtlnr day cab and while I have long arms, there is no way to reach all the way to the defrost area to get that bag of almonds that just slide down there. Could we have a pop up caddy in front of the driver for sure, and maybe the passenger side as well that will hold gum, smokes, a lighter a bag of chips? I made one for my last OTR truck and loved it, but I am no designer and surely someone out there can do it better than I did.

Those are a couple of things I would like to see in a truck for either sex.
