    Don't need a link...it is UNDER 0.04---it is illegal to operate a Commercial Vehicle with an alcohol content of "0.04 or over". And you are required to let atleast 8 hours lapse after your last drink before operating a CMV.

    0.0 would mean that you could be arrested for using mouth wash in the morning. It also means that if you breathed in and out any alcohol molecules from someone passing buy you could be arrested for intoxication. 0 is 0 and if there is no tolerance, I guess you have to arrest everyone. This is a ridiculous example but that is what you get when you make arbitrary rules to cover every imaginable situation and expect strict compliance with those rules.

    .01 will cause most insurance companies to drop you so realistically its a 0.0 tolerance. Seen a post not to long ago that the owner of a company was talking about having to fire a guy for .002 from his cough medicine and insurance would no longer insure the driver
