Price of first weigh going up to $10.50 as of midnight tonight. I don't have a link but I am at the Loves in Shartlesville PA and they have it posted.

there isn't no driver shortage. it's all a figment of your imagination.

when we can actually pull into a loves fuel island. and actually pull into the island, without having to wait for drivers to come move their trucks. they we'll have a driver shortage.

as long as they keep tieing up the pumps becuase they're too lazy to move. IT'S CROWDED

funny you say that. I just witnessed a fight out here with the trucks 2 deep over that very thing. Not that it's surprising.

Another guy went into get his scale ticket. WITH HIS TRUCK STILL ON THE SCALE

yup, no inflation, showers are $13.00 now at Petro, Cat raises rates, Toll bridges have raised rates, and we can't get a Cost Of Living Increase.
Point #2... Swift missed their numbers when they reported last week the quarterly results. When asked what happened, the reply was "we have a shortage of drivers, I guess we MAY have to raise pay" Too sad to be that funny

    Most companies reimburse, though.

I stopped at the Flying J in Texarkana to get a CAT scale and noticed it was $10.50, It never makes sense to me that they need to raise the price on the scale other than to continue to rip is off.

They have to raise prices, how else will the Iowa80 folks ever afford to build more stuff in Walcott. They sure can't raise the prices much more on their chrome shop stuff and expect to sell much.
