The thing I don't get either is the company in their interview stated that "They were not tracking the trailer missing, but just the truck!" Really? How do you lose a trailer for 3 days ... don't you think the customer would have been calling by now?!!

One thing people don't realize is that the shipper loves this. They get their money for the load and get to sell another one to replace it.
