Troopers pull over intoxicated truck driver four times over the legal limit

The trooper was wrong when he said the limit is ".08" it's actually .04 for CDL holders. Now, what's the DOT number of the truck? This company needs to be put out of business. They hired this piece of S. Inexcusable!

 

I thought it was no tolerance, as in .01 for commercial drivers.

 

§ 382.201
Alcohol concentration.No driver shall report for duty or remain on duty requiring the performance of safety-sensitive functions while having an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater. No employer having actual knowledge that a driver has an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater shall permit the driver to perform or continue to perform safety-sensitive functions.


It's .04 but your employer probably requires "no tolerance" or less than .01 like my employer does.

 

One DUI in a CMV should have their CDL revoked for life, end of story. And this guy should have been shot on site.

 

Summary execution, should be the punishment for a lot of crimes. But it will never happen, thanks to the liberal judicial system in place now.

You realize that our country has more people in jail than any developed nation in the world. Reality is not very liberal unless you are rich and or famous.
