off duty cop curses truck driver out for not ba

I saw nothing to suggest the antagonist was a cop. For all I could tell he flashed a pack of Marlboros, Joliet Jake-style. Every idiot isn't a cop.

no clue what happened before but its pretty obvious he is stopped across a road and you can see a dock in his spot mirror pretty obvious where he is backing up and why. hot head got pissed because the probably new (possibly swift volvo) driver is having trouble backing into the dock (assuming this because the driver says im doing my best)and inconvenienced the ####### by blocking the road.
