Avoiding Tolls

More than likely to show "Intent" and "Pre-meditation" It's not uncommon to load up as many charges as possible prior to a formal court date. The DA may decide what has merit (Evidence that's corroborative and substantive) and what doesn't and toss it.

 

this is true

those tolls have gone up 4 fold in four years or so

and the roads are still crap

I recently hid my online status on the forum.

I was fined by the admins here on TTR for "Avoiding Trolls"
