Look at the usual suspects...Papa Johns, Little Ceasars or Paulie Walnuts

    This is the truth.

I was in the Carpenters Union years ago and was a fill in shop stewart on a job while the guy was on vacation. I was handing out pay checks and had 5 left. I had no idea who the guys were. They weren't on the job. I brought them to the job for an and he looked embarrassed and took them and told me not to worry. He would give them to the guys. I realized later that they were 'ghost' jobs. Mob guys who get a check and never show up. Welcome to the NJ building trades....

there was always some guy coming by a job site with something for sale that fell off the back of a truck.....
    never bought cheese though
made plenty of football picks though!! Lol

I really don't like to talk ill about folks....BUT....im willing to bet its an insurance job cross the board...other article said 85kworth of cheese....now I know some customers TRY to file os&d claims on Retail Value...which rarely if ever flies....But even at retail...85k? Seriously....2bucks plus a pound for shreddded low fat mozzerella? Hell at that price Flyin p-hook...would charge 5bucks a slice!
Oh and I ain't buyin the 65k for the wagon either..jus sayin.. :)

Have you bought cheese lately? $2 a pound is a good price and flying j doesn't use real cheese, c'mon. I did pizza for a few years back in the day, and cheese was our biggest expense. Labor was second.

I haul lots&lits of Cheese&there is no such thing as hi end food service shredded moz...&its all marked low fat...which makes it even cheaper....wholesale claim rate from Sysco for example....30# box....$10.95 a box....its not Mickey d's govt give a way oily substitute for cheese...but it ain't top dollar store brand&the 8oz shredded bags you buy in the store...you're payin for labor&pretty brand name packaging&advertising....you cannot compare that to bulk foodservice....&the flyin hook comment was a joke....But the premise is factual...if foodservice pizza cheese came close to store prices...No one would want to pay what the pizza shop had to charge....:)
