    I got a letter today from the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Altegrity, Inc does have HireRight, USIS, Kroll. The rumor is they lost the funding for USIS.

    You can contact them at 855-842-4125 if they owe you money to file a claim. April 30th, 2015 is the deadline.

    I talked to the person and if your name is in their DB then yes you will get the letter. He said he has been fielding a lot of calls in regards to this.

    HireRight = DACS
    USIS = security usually with the HazMat.

    The main company lost the USIS contract and is doing a chapter 11. IF they fold, this could affect HireRight and your DACS.

    Got the letter today myself. Think i'll file a claim for a couple million dollars. That's what i figure they owe each driver they have a file on.
