    Knowing Lonoke County I seriously doubt the driver gave them permission for anything they just searched it with him in the back of their car.

    Unless the judge throws it out of court because the cops charged him with trafficking (distributing) when he was actually smuggling (transporting)?

    I’ve always wondered many times are they places where trucks get loaded and the ones doing the loading sneak in drugs, and the place where they unload they know what’s within the truck and are looking for it.


    I can see that in some situations the truck driver would not know the illegal stuff has been placed in his trailer.


    Would it not be terrible to have that done with you not knowing it and the police charges you?
