So in other words. IBT is getting a kick back behind closed doors for allowing this happen and making it seem to the public: It's all gravy baby!
Yup: a IBT member just called it out as it is. Cheap labor with some fancy wording.

I'd like to see more details.

I wonder if this new company will be Teamsters. The Teamsters pension find is losing $2 billion a year and will be bankrupt soon. The freewheeling big spending union bosses continue to spend like there's no tomorrow and always find $10's of millions of dollars for Democrats re-election campaigns. All those millions should be in the pension fund. The nice union pension days are coming to a screeching halt within a couple of years. CSPensionRescue.com

SADLY & UNFORTUNATELY, the Teamsters pension fund has always been siphoned off by crooks in the Teamsters Union by so called "administrators". This was going on when the original Jimmy Hoffa was in power, before I was even born. I am 58, going on 59 this year.

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

Check me on this but I believe it's already in negotiations with the PGF ( our uncle ) for bail out provisions.

Current and retired members are going to get screwed out roughly 50% of the benefit due......( except Brown )

Last I heard any way, haven't looked in a while.....
