| When someone stole that laptop from a goverment official that had everyone's military data on it, the VA sent everyone effected a letter. I wonder if who ever is in charge will do the same to the effected parties in this case? It sucks getting a letter saying your identity was stolen, but atleast you know, and can be on the look out for the misusage of your id. They should mail letters, as per example of the VA. |

| It is also time to start making these people responsible for losing these things. I don't know how these were stolen, but there have been several taken where the person had just laid it on the back seat on gone shopping or into a restaurant. Go cause a hazmat spill and see what happens. We ought to be able to expect the same from the zoo keepers. |

| To add insult to injury they want ME to pay $40 for a yr of credit monitoring and insurance to monitor MY credit after THEIR mistake. Talk about out of touch with reality and lacking taking personal responsibility!!!

Just think. There were alot of drivers information lost. If more than 1/2 pay for this, it will cover any losses they may incur. But, I think someones needs to explain accountability and liability to them. |

| I suppose you're right. I have been surrounded by incompetence this week that is for sure.
