I hope that family gets to actually collect that money some day. It won't bring him back but atleast the wife and kids will be taken care of.

Anybody know what the death rate is for Swift per year?

I have a friend that is in the auto insurance industry. He states that after it is all said and done, it cost on average 3-5 million to kill a person in a truck crash.

Swift teaches how to drive not how to stop:biggrin_2559:.

I hope the family gets all that judgment.

I know it is not funny about the death but I am just cracking on swift training.

Well I guess that sort of answers my question. Last night there was chatter on the radio that Swift was going out of business, one of there drivers was sent a message over the qualcomm to return to the terminal and clean out the truck we are closing down. Remember it was only chatter.

I hope for the best for the family. As far as Swift.............I can't really express my feelings, but I'm tired of putting up with some of the unsafe moves I see every night made by Swift, Knight, CRST, and a Mexican based truck that was weaving back and forth between 2 lanes. Hey wannabes pull it off the road and get some freakin sleep, you don't have to be a supertrucker.
