Texas Trucker found

This is all they have on it here--cybergal may have a better one on it.

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) -- The Texas trucker reported missing in the Piedmont on Jan. 13 has been found alive at his home in Texas, police said. Police found Jorge Hernandez's wrecked truck near the rest area on Interstate 85 in Davidson County, and searchers combed the area looking for him.

Here's a little more info added to what i found. Not really much though!

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) -- The Texas trucker reported missing in the Piedmont on Jan. 14 has been found alive at his home in Texas.

Jorge Hernandez showed up at his doorstep this morning, according to his wife, Leticia. She said he was beaten and his truck was stolen, but someone had purchased a bus ticket to get him home.

Police found Jorge Hernandez's wrecked truck last month near the rest area on Interstate 85 in Davidson County, and searchers spent several days combing the area looking for him.

I agree with you. No way did he not pass some kind of phone between NC and his way to Texas. That story has some holes in it!
