A tow-truck driver and his passenger were robbed at gunpoint early today at a gas station, Akron police said.
The driver was towing a car to a gas station at West Market Street and Merriman Road when two masked gunmen approached and demanded money and wallets from the driver and the 25-year-old passenger.
The robbers got away with wallets, cash and a makeup case.
