BTW,
any of you who owns a diesel PU or diesel pusher you'll be subject to CARB's wrath in an upcoming ruling.

Also ARB in SO-CAL is considering going "Berkeley" on us and banning Bar-b-ques and wood burning fireplaces.
How will the homeless stay warm without burning the scraps behind the Home Despots now?

well that sucks I was hoping a petition or something would stop it.

Even if I operated my business/truck is registered out of state I couldn't haul in CA without all the DPF ####?

By a chance do you live in San Diego?

This is why if i ever driver over the road again i will refuse to go to california,, i refused to go there the last time due to terminators stupid new laws and regs on trucks,, he must have hit his head somehwere.. so whats with having this new ultra low sulfur deisel thats supposed to reduce emissions?? if thats not working then neither are the so called filters they want. as it is with the new deisel fuel ,trucks are getting worse milage than what trucks used to get with whats now off road deisel. and doesnt the state of cali know that some farm equipment puts out way more emissions than do trucks?? and the new onion toppers putting hazardous dust in the air to?? silica dust off the onions can cause cancer.. which new farm equipment is putting in the air. what about the ships in the ports and the smoke they belch out?? or the factorys?? someone isnt thinking clearly thats for sure.. All freight now needs to be dumped at the cali border they can pick it up there or simply do without in my book.

Does the truck have to have a DPF or does it just have to meet the emission's requirement?
