| I'm going to start bringing my wife's chihuahua with me on trips to CA, that way I can idle and not worry about the stupid fine. After all, animals have more rights than humans in CA. |

| Maybe I am missing something.. and maybe they are lying to us at CARB's meetings... but can someone find me the regulation that allows idling for an animal? Because no matter what I read, I cannot find it in current regulations! Maybe I am just blonde?
