Susan Collins today plans to announce the introduction of federal legislation to help truckers who are trying to cope with the soaring price of diesel fuel.The Maine Republican has scheduled a news conference this afternoon in Augusta with independent truckers and representatives of the Maine Motor Transport Association and the Coalition for Lower Fuel Prices.
