WASHINGTON — Despite concerns that a weakening economy combined with ever-increasing fuel prices would push safety to the bottom of the list for commercial motor vehicle fleets, a recent check on the industry shows the lowest rate of out-of-service vehicles in two decades.

i run three cincinnati, ohio to chicago ,il a week and the pay on this is around 3400.00 a week you run legal and are at home and make money without all of the wear and tear on the truck. the trick is dont run cheap loads and have good service and the brokers and carriers will keep you very very busy

Well this here is simple.......

DOT has been hitting trucks harder all year long.. more and more trucks have been getting pulled back behind the scale and roadside inspection all year.. The states have been sucking money out of drivers all year long.. here let me say it again "all year long"

So, your not going to be able to nail as many trucks in the 3 day inspections thing.. because they already been doing it all year long..
(had to throw it in there one more time)
