Everyone is quick to jump on the woman here for waiting for two years to file the lawsuit. The waiting could have a perfectly innocent reason. Perhaps she was seeking treatment, such as physical therapy, and she was waiting to see if the injuries would heal up and she wouldn't have to sue. Perhaps she has been talking to the company privately about a settlement. Perhaps she is just one of those people who hate dealing with lawyers and the legal system and she was trying not to go the lawsuit route but it finally became necessary. We only know what this tiny article is presenting to us. __________________ Are you feeling lucky?
