Arrest made in stolen equipment investigation Arrest made in stolen equipment investigation July 24, 2008 Forrest City Times-Herald, AR Quote: State Police have made an arrest in a several months-long investigation into the theft of numerous pieces of heavy equipment from surrounding states. The equipment was found in November in St. Francis County, and at the time, was valued at about $500,000. Arkansas State Police Troop D Investigator Dale Arnold said this morning that Danny Ray Reeves, 48, 3998 Hwy. 70 W., Forrest City, was arrested Wednesday on four counts of theft by receiving, Class B felonies.
