Truck driver who lost arm receives community support Truck driver who lost arm receives community support 9/15/08 Morning Times, PA Quote: Bill Hartman can’t express enough gratitude to the community after many area residents came out to an Ellis Creek Road pig roast and chicken barbecue Saturday to offer Hartman and his family their support. Hartman is a truck driver with Smith Transport out of Warren Springs, Pa.
