Flooding closes I-255 in East St. Louis

Traffic around the metro-east Monday morning:
Interstate 255 at State Street in East St. Louis is closed due to flooding.
Traffic is slow on Interstate 55/64/70 westbound between Fourth Street in East St. Louis and the Poplar Street Bridge.
In Columbia there is road construction on eastbound Interstate 255. The right lane is closed at Illinois 3 at the Columbia/exit 6.
Illinois 100 near Grafton is closed at Clifton Terrace Road for road construction to repair damage sustained during summer floods.
The right lane on eastbound Interstate 270 between Chain of Rocks Bridge and Illinois 3 is closed for road construction.
