The problem is if the public doesn't have the money how do they expect to collect it?

Tell you what collect it from the state troopers. I have never seen a worse group of drivers. They speed, wreckless drive, illegal lane changes, talk on cell phones even though in a ban area and anything else they want and noone gives them a ticket.

You know... I had to serve on jury duty a few times... I found it really hard to believe the cops over the guys they was trying to lockup.... I find that many people are starting to feel that way.. Cops are starting to get just as bad as the criminals anymore... They believe that if they goto court the jury will believe them just because "he is an officer" and he must be a good respectful citizen...

A lot of people don't know in the academy that they must take a fictional writing coarse... Hum? why would they be forced to write fiction? perhaps so they can get a mindset on making up BS to add into their report...

If you follow the rules, you will not see mr LEO. As long as you think it's just a small rule, that no body cares about you may get the chance to see mr LEO.
