Wyoming truck firm's comptroller accused of embezzling Wyoming truck firm's comptroller accused of embezzling MLive.com, MI Quote: WYOMING — When he approached a neighbor a few months ago, Christopher William Gray seemed to boast about the vacations he and his wife took to tropical destinations. The neighbor had an uneasy feeling about Gray. "When he introduced himself, he wanted to talk himself up a lot," she said, not wanting to be named. "I got that sticky kind of vibe from him." Today, Gray, 35, is in the Kent County Jail, accused of allegedly embezzling $280,000 from KRC Logistics, a trucking company where police say he worked as a comptroller. In a court affidavit, Wyoming Police detectives alleged Gray wrote multiple company checks to himself and his wife from July 2006 to Sept. 1, 2008. "Defendant's handwriting recognized.
