MULDROW - Oklahoma authorities are on the lookout for a stolen semi-trailer truck. Police say a truck was stolen from FWCC, Inc. in Muldrow early Friday morning.
The company does over-the-road hauling for retail stores and other vendors.
Officers say the truck was taken at 2:30 a.m. The company was still checking to see if a trailer was missing as well.

Smiley 5 And the point here is ??

What's the point of making a news announcement of a tractor unit being stolen (or any vehicle), if you fail to give a make, model, and description of the vehicle ?? If its an old tractor, the thieves are using it to steal a loaded trailer. If its a fairly new tractor, its either enroute to the Mexican border right now, its already been repainted and the VIN had been replaced, or its chopped up, and the engine, tranny, and every component had already been sold to truck salvage and truck body specialist in the region it was stolen from. I gather from reading this report, stolen big rigs are rare incidents in Oklahoma.
