Bobby White owns a small trucking company, and he says in 16 years of driving semis, this has been one of the toughest times he's had to endure.
"Started out it was pretty good. You could make money, it was pretty easy. Fuel was cheap, loads were good. Now, you gotta fight to get loads", said White.
