Arrow Warning: sinkholes ahead

Warning: sinkholes ahead
2/12/09
Quote:
On top of all the other challenges that truckers face these days, including the collapsing economy, there appears to be a new one: collapsing pavement.
In St. Louis, MO, a tractor-trailer fell into a sinkhole Wednesday morning, Feb. 11. Actually, the back of the cab and the front of the trailer sank about three or four feet when the pavement gave way in an industrial area.
And on Feb. 3, in Park Ridge, IL, the rear wheels of a city fire truck fell into a sinkhole as firefighters were responding to an alarm.
In New York City, a tanker truck fell into a 3-foot-deep sinkhole on Feb. 9. And in Philadelphia, a city water truck dropped its back end into a sinkhole two weeks ago.

On top of everything else we have to worry about, now it's time to worry about having our rigs "eaten alive!!"

Back in the day the left blamed Bush for EVERY THING

Since they are all about fairness doctrine, turn about fair play means that this is all oblahblah's fault.

Oh they are just having it hard because to start bashing him would make them look like fools for supporting him so much. i am a firm believer that those in entertainment should keep their personal politics on the sidelines so that they can't be either alienated by their fans( Dixie Chicks) or put up on pedastals to fall off of ( Sean Penn/martin Sheen).

I really think comics should stay out of it, think of all the material that they are now afraid to use because they were talking about how great Barry is and how he's about change. the only thing that really changed in D.C. is the names on the roll call list every morning, not the politics. IMO

But you have to admit that the parodies of political figures (Bush and Palin come to mind on SNL - not that the left doesn't have some possibilities) were good for a belly laugh!
