Stopsign Class Action Lawsuit Against Nu-Way Truck Driver Training Centers

Please note: I ask that you not consider this a direct accusation against Nu-Way Truck Driver Training Center. However, it has recently come to my attention that a large and growing group is planning a legal action against their company and I wanted to get the word out. It may or may not go through, depending on how many people reply to this message. At the very least, if you answer yes to any of these questions, then tell your side of the story - post to this thread or ask me for more information.

I'm not trying to break any of the forum rules, and if I am, please let me know. I just want to get the word out about this.
************************************************** *******
ATTENTION ‘DISATSIFIED’ ‘NU-WAY’ GRADS !!! -
There is a GROWING group of former students joining to pursue a 'class action' lawsuit against those who operate "Nu Way"!

Do you feel that you were mislead by their “Recruiters/Sales” people?

Do you think that you were given less than stellar training by an inexperienced staff?

Are you upset by the outrageous "financing arrangements"? Or was the paperwork for said arrangements not given to you in a timely manner, even after you asked for it?

Are you out of the job and not receiving help from their "Life Time Job Placement" guarantee?

Do you believe that you received a CDL-A fraudulently by their state examiner, and are not able to safely and competently drive for a carrier?

Do you think that, knowing what you know about them now, you would never have gone to Nu-Way in the first place?

THEN JOIN US!!!!

*YOU MUST BE WILLING TO forward a description of just exactly what your complaints are, in detail - and provide your FIRST & LAST NAMES; - NO ATTORNEY can include you in a 'CLASS ACTION' - or ANY 'LAWSUIT' - without these basics. Obviously, for security reasons, you won't want to post that information directly in this thread, but I am working on a site (which I will link to this thread, if permitted) where you can provide that information. Thank you for your time.

looking for the Link. Im a Veteran who now got screwed over by 2 companies and still have a 6,000 dollar loan.

I did nothing wrong, Graduated on time, and got hired by TMC.

Graduated their orientation, got a class photo, and laid of 4 days later.

Went to Werner, completed their 300 hours of training, and they don't have a job for me, and wanted me to continue to drive with my trainer while he collected pay for my work even though I was a qualified driver.

Haven't talked to NU WAY yet, but I know I would bad mouth them to all their students.

ALL CDL mills are garbage. The economy is crappy, every driver knows that there are more trucks than there are freight, and yet they are still shoveling you guys out of training school thinking your going to make 50k your first year.

In my opinion they should all be shut down and truck driving should become skilled labor.
