More victims of the Judge. He has a LONG 25+ year history as a con man. How many of us could do all this, and continue to do it now? The Judge faced 30+yrs for his prior crimes, and only got probation. Then only served 3 or 4 of a 10 yr sentence. Other companies this man has been associated with. **UPDATE** Texas authorities are now investigating case and patterns of Hyden. That is very good news for us. Factoring company is still holding on to some assets that might be coming to us.
