    Basically they want to adopt the oregon plan for ton,mileage tax instead of fuel tax.This will be imposed on everyone including four wheelers.This will penalize people who live out in the country (like myself) and eventually force people closer to the cities.I guess people will be easier to manage when clustered together.

    You nailed it, We are heading to a police state they want everyone in the citys, the only people outside will be farmers. their real plan is to move most of the us population to other countries.
