| While I see where they are coming from, it's a ridiculous law that will be impossible for trucks to comply with. How am I going to be able to get ON TOP of my trailer to sweep off snow and ice? And the cop gets to decide whether the snow and ice accumulated while I was sitting or moving? Sounds rather arbitrary. This is all they have left to think up in New Jersey?

| just 1 step closer to making it illegal to drive a truck! pretty soon they are going to pass enough laws against us that everything we do or dont do is going to cost us money. I am really starting to hate this industry!

| So every truck stop and carrier yard is going to have to figure out how to erect a "scraping gate" to get the accumulated snow off the top of the trailer. This should really turn into a comedy of errors. New Jersey of all places...who'd have thought?
