Trucker arrested as fugitive Quote: NEW PALTZ – State Police have arrested a tractor-trailer truck driver for being a fugitive from justice from the state of Florida. Steven Cole, 40, of Burlington, VT was stopped at Exit 18 at the New Paltz toll plaza of the Thruway for an inspection by the State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit. An investigation revealed Cole had a suspended license and was wanted for a probation violation in Florida. He was arraigned in Kingston City Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail to await extradition to Florida. http://www.midhudsonnews.com/News/20...rr-07Aug09.htm
