Could ticket for ‘Disorderly Conduct’ get you fired?

Quote:
I received a ticket for “Disorderly Conduct” and would like to know how it will affect my driving record. I was unable to get back to the court so I just paid the fine and now my boss wants me to come to the home terminal to talk about the ticket.

How can a Disorderly Conduct conviction affect your driving record depends.

Don’t you just love how all lawyers always give you the “it depends” answer?

It’s like they don’t know the answer, but the real reason is the answer to the questions depends upon the facts and how they apply to you, your MVR and your company.
