Back pain is a common affliction, especially for truckers

The back is a complex structure made up of 33 vertebrae, more than 30 muscles, numerous ligaments, multiple joints, and intervertebral discs. There are many structures that can cause discomfort if injured or affected, and truck drivers are especially susceptible because of long hours in one position and some also from working with loads.
