I find it sad that people in this society are so bloody stupid that they needed a law like this! Simple sense SHOULD tell people that texting while driving is incredibly STUPID! I'm beginning to wonder why we continue to allow people to breed, since the human race seems to be growing stupider with each successive generation.

No texting should be banned in all states!
Only problem is enforcing it!

I can't believe they have to create a law for what I would think is common sense. My gosh.

That doesn't surprise me at all. Its because of all the stupid things that people do there are warning labels on products and statements like don't do this at home at the beginning of some shows. I had a drunk try to do a stunt from the "Fast and Furious" movie one night in No. Colo. I don't know if it was on purpose, but he lived and was uninjured. It took me about 15 mintues to get parts of his car off of my truck. The only damage to the truck was a 4-6 inch slash on the truck's rear tandem tire The worse part was he was in the Military.

Texting while driving is like playing russian roulette only worse. Not only can you kill yourself you put a lot of others at risk.
