Bus service company penalized for multiple safety violations Bus service company penalized for multiple safety violations Quote: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has issued a civil penalty notice to Lehane’s Bus Service Inc. of New Castle, DE, for alleged federal motor carrier safety violations. The $83,120 fine was the result of an investigation by FMCSA’s Delaware Division into the school bus company’s safety compliance record. Shut this company down NOW! Send a message that the FMSCA is actually concerned about safety and not revenue... This bus company is showing all of us they are unconcerned about their employees and public safety in general.
