CVSA begins brake safety week Sunday, Sept. 13 CVSA begins brake safety week Sunday, Sept. 13 Quote: Any drivers who haven’t checked their brakes in a while might want to do so. The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s annual Brake Safety Week starts next Sunday, Sept. 13. The campaign runs through Saturday, Sept. 17 and is part of the alliance’s Operation Air Brake program. The program is designed to increase awareness of brakes and brake issues by educating drivers, mechanics and others on the importance of proper brake inspection and maintenance. That means drivers are likely to see an increased presence of CVSA-certified inspectors out there next week talking about brakes. You can find more information about the program here. Hope they don't check the brakes on my 4 wheeler =P The way i see it, if you can get stopped at the scale for an inspection you should be free to keep hammerin'. LOL

I sure hope so too since there's eight set of brakes on that truck. You see it's a truck and trailer with a 40' trailer behind the power unit. But what you could do is tell me what notch the fifth wheel neede to go in? __________________
