"travelling with the flow" don't cut it if you were above the posted speed what do you expect?

pa is broke they didn't pay state workers for 5 weeks

Sounds like the postal worker that called into some talk show last week.

ALL workers (at that office) who received a pay check via mail instead of direct deposit. Where issued money orders, since their checks failed to show up on pay day. It had been 3 days, and the checks still had not shown up.

I dunno what state she was in.
