nuts, i ought to move to jamestown!! we live in north collins, and we have about the cheapest house on the rd we live on at about 70 grand!! and the what sucks is most of the union jobs in buffalo are only paying what jamestowns are, but you have to drive into town to get them, and that is not cheap! I wish there was a decent paying local company to drive for, but it seems the normal pay around fredonia/dunkirk/angola is 13 an hour, or 30 cpm.

if i could drive less than 20 miles to work, then i could make it off 17 or 18 an hour, but i was driving about 76 miles round trip a day, in a newer fullsize truck that im still making payments on, for 14.23 an hour. And then we started the copay thing. which, will only get Higher. So, at this point i'm reapplying for my hazmat and i will be trying to get into one of the smaller nonunion ltl companies in buffalo, like land air express, or central transport, or pyle.
