Company says driver wasn't using wireless device

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — A Virginia and North Carolina trucking company denies one of its drivers was using a wireless device when a company rig rear-ended a South Dakota motorcyclist.

Randall and Vicki Helwig from Sioux Falls sued Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. in federal court, claiming driver Jeffrey Peterson was distracted by the device when he rear-ended Randall Helwig's motorcycle.

Either way its the drivers fault for not paying attention and hitting a motorcycist.

hello rusty nail here; still lookn 4 a career not a job. here in columbia we have a company named g/p their hiring. ive heard they were a good com. but we all here goo/bad about all companies. just wondering if any one has any feedback. god bless all you guys and thanks 4 the web page. your friend rusty nailp.s. im allways here for you guys if there is anything i can do to help out.
