Bloomington Lot Sells for $4.3M

CRST Van Expedited MAX bought an 18.3-acre lot in Bloomington, CA, for $4.3 million or $5.43 per acre from Duke Realty Corp.

The industrial-zoned lot is located at the northeast corner of West Santa Ana Ave & South Lilac Avenue. The buyer, a national truckload carrier company, plans on using the lot for a truck maintenance facility.

Mark Zorn, Mark Lyon and Tal Siglar of DAUM Commercial represented the seller. William Heim & Eloy Covarrubias of Lee & Associates represented the buyer

I'm coming up with $234,972.68 an acre. or if it was $5.43 an acre, the total price would be $99.37. maybe this is why I can't find a job. trucking companies don't want one of them thar edumakated drivurs.
