i don't know what u mean by "our home" when your a truckers wife, but anyway if the truck isn't his then i'm glad he got a ticket because people need to stop trying to make their own rules in other people's property because these trucking companies will drop that driver on the spot trying to cause problems and not fallow the rules so if u wanna do what u wanna do buy your own truck then. But i just hope these canadian truckers stay up there this winter because they don't know because they can driver faster down here then up there. How to read when it says "chains required" trying to do up a mt w/o iron and hold everybody back if that's now the problem then for sure they will run somebody off the road getting all happy

Because I travel with, and we LIVE in this thing, for all but two-four weeks of the year....therefore, this is OUR HOME...

And, if I choose to smoke, in the privacy of my HOME, I most certainly will.

In CA, when pulled into the inspection area, no smoking...but just crossing the scale, "light em if you got em"..for those of you from basic training!

If the company has no problem with the driver smoking in the rig..go peddle your,"anti everything or buy your own equipment" snivel somewhere else!

One of these days we are going to lose the freedom of farting or burping when we need to.

I am a liberal and I absolutely disagree with this law. If someone wants to enclose him or herself in a vehicle and smoke they should be able and free to unless it's against company policy. Laws like this are passed because we Americans as a whole get complacent and let allow them to pass stupid laws like the aforementioned. I really don't get the liberal stereotyping and my views should disspell rumors that liberals are against guns, are all tree huggers, wanting to take anybody's freedom away, etc.
