| When Maryland, New York and Pennsylvania passed their laws this came up. All 3 states in the end had a provision for Trucks. In Maryland I know it was worded this way: As long as only 1 driver uses that truck you can smoke in it. If the truck is used by more than 1 driver you cannot. In PA and NY I know you can smoke in the truck, but I am not sure what the work around was for the law. I am guessing it is about the same. |

| I always panic crossing the border in my personal vehicle...it is government property...no signs, but last thing I need is to get hauled into immigration cause I was smoking! I wonder if that law distinguishes between on and off duty? Ridiculous!
