How can consumption be cut when new trucks get lower fuel mileage that trucks 10 years old?

Less trucks on the road. That's their twisted logic. And actually, that's due mostly to the economy. Here they are taking credit for something they had nothing to do with. It's more like: Fuel consumption cut despite the bungling efforts of the EPA. __________________ The best way to rob a bank is to own one.
