This is really interesting I wonder if California will abide by it?

 

The government needs to pass a law where everyone that qualifies for a CCP, CWP, in their home state, should be able to possess a concealed weapon in all 50 States. Especially if they are a truck drivers, and especially if they possess a TWIC card.

I have been to some nasty places in my life and I had a gun in most of them. Had I been caught in some of those places it would have been bad for me. Almost used it a couple of times, thankfully a couple of perps changed their minds when it became known to them that I was armed. Got the crap beat out of me by five punks in Tulsa, Ok in 1989. The cops asked me why didn't I shoot them? I bought a pistol that same week.

A man or woman that qualifies to haul 80, 90, 100, 200,000 LBS upon the nations highways, is trusted with the responsibility of handling the BS a driver goes through everyday. But yet they can't be trusted with a reasonably effective means of self defense. That my fellow Americans is a travesty.

My condolences to Jason and anyone else that has lost their life because our politicians think its a good idea to disarm law abiding citizens.
