Police seek witnesses to Cortlandt crash that killed trucker Police seek witnesses to Cortlandt crash that killed trucker Quote: CONTINENTAL VILLAGE — State police are seeking witnesses to a fiery crash on Route 9 that took the life of a Canadian trucker Monday afternoon. "We believe that some people saw the accident," Investigator Steven Listner said. Diane White, 43, of Brown Street, Peekskill, was in the intensive-care unit at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, suffering from injuries sustained in the 2:30 p.m. crash near Jack Road in northern Cortlandt near the Putnam county line, police said.
