Pretty dumb driver...

Still, that other sign should not be where it is, so he'll be able to get away with saying he didn't see the clearance sign. That is unfortunate, we need drivers like this off the road

Yeh that other sign probably blocks the clearance but still look at the bridge, how could ya not see how low that it. lol

i suspect he was soon fired after that as well. the clearance sign seems to "jot out" enough to be seen.

he could have been on the cell phone, lighting a cigarette, or just not paying attention altogether. common sense (we would think) would be to at least slow down when approaching an overpass and to look out for signs. i guess his brakes don't work "automatically"..................

I cant tell what the company on the truck is, but kinda wonder if he's trying to go to a terminal name on that sign

Not to mention, a rail road bridge is the worst bridge this driver can hit. They have to shut down all rail traffic till a bridge inspection is done. That can take some time and money and your job.

If you can’t read, Stay off the road!!
