    Why?

You can buy a kit for 20k and do it yourself. He no longer offers the W900 kit though. He has a 379 & T-600 kit now.

This has always been my feeling--especially lately with all the useless yuppiebike builds--like those clowns on TV--we sat at the shop a million times and laughed at what that bike could actual be built for--and with way better components--not to mention a good motor--and not that aftermarket out of the crate crap the TV heros use--which is why they can't make em run half the time--not a wrench among 'em.
    Having said that:
The Kit's 20k--but you still need a p/u and motor/trans to start with--don't you--couldn't tell from website--but seems like 20k wouldn't get you base truck and drive train--so looking at it that way--53k--really isn't bad--considering it is turnkey and works--
Just wondering what actually comes with the kit?

I've talked to the man a few years ago....

The kit is nothing but a body kit. It'll fit on a dodge, chevy, or ford frame. Varying years from the 70's on up. Use the same engine & drivetrain that the pickup originally came with.

That's kinda what I figured--so doing the math--assuming you use a new or newer diesel pick-IMHO-53k--with the motor and trans in the one in the listing--isn't too bad.
Course as silly as I have gotten with toys--I ain't payin that kind of money for something I can't charge someone for driving! LMAO
