I hate to burst your bubble, but that's likely a drome box and not a sleeper (no windows, A/C or antennae, and you can see one of the rear door hinges), although there are some sleepers that are that big.

I thought about that, but it just didn't make a whole lot of sense to me still having the fifth-wheel on the back.

Regardless of what it is, I still think it looks funny as hell.
